APN’s efforts are first and foremost collaborative efforts. Effective programs succeed because of buy-in from a range of key stakeholders in the community.
Our stakeholders include:
- Elected/appointed officials
- Shelter staff and volunteers
- Veterinary clinics
- Local rescue and TNVR groups
- Animal caregivers and colony managers
- Donors and funding sources
- The general public and all who care for animals
Every year, during kitten season, animal rescue organizations like APN face a surge in the number of kittens needing urgent care. In Ohio, this season has already begun...
Outside adult cats, especially, are susceptible to a variety of parasitic problems, as are kittens.
